Whenever listening to most music, I lug my laptop into my closet and listen (no distractions). The verdict:
It certainly is a simple piece- a lullaby. I like the background storm, like where people gather for comfort; and storytelling. One quites down to this, and yes older people might not prefer this type of song.

Oh, and I forgot to note that I admire the Canon you used in "My Autumn Love".

I am writing this at 4 am and the music fits with the time. You added each instrument evenly. The sections just slip in, and it is awesome in its simplicity. I played this on my flute and it is wonderful. Very much like a modern-day haiku!
